Combo: This plan is for anyone who needs the occasional motivation but also doesn’t always have the time for one on one virtual training, and is experienced but also would like help getting to the next level.

You will receive a 30 day workout guide, one virtual 30 minute training session per week, and regular check-ins for motivation and questions.

For instance, a busy mom who wants to chat with someone while they workout to make sure their movements are correct or answer any questions. Plans would be written for a month at a time, with one virtual training session a week, videos or plans for the other workouts, check-ins for motivation and questions.
